Traditional Painting of Kamasan from Natural Ingredients

This is a unique Balinese painting, it uses traditional ingredients.

The ingredients are come from nature, they are:

  

Bones

Bones that used here are the pig's bones, it was used for creating a white effect. Bones burned and the powder then mix with another ingredients.

 Leaves

 Some traditional ingredients come from nature leaves. They used it for the green effect in painting. What a unique way of painting.

Stones

Stone has a lot of function in painting. They has multiply colors and also easy to use for the painter. the stone that used to paint is the soft one. Its easier to aply.

  

Chinese Red Powder 

 This kind of color is used for red color. It is the most real color of all ingredients. There are also another ingredients that come from nature but not mentioned.

  Tools

 This is one of them, I can't found the image. They use very traditional tools, made from bamboo or animal hair.
